Guests sat down to a delicious three course wedding breakfast, consisting of mouth watering dishes such as tartlet of manchego cheese, pancetta and fresh figs, roasted fillet of salmon and lemon and ginger cheesecake, before listening to emotional and heartfelt speeches from Emma’s new husband Graham, and Emma’s dad about the challenging year Graham and Emma had endured. The guests then celebrated the wedding and the fact Emma was on the road to making a full recovery by dancing the night away to a live ten-piece band called Functionality.
Emma and Graham had their first dance to the band’s version ‘You Do Something To Me’ by Paul Weller. Guests also had the option to have caricatures drawn by Rich Nairn, the artist Emma and Graham hired to entertain for the evening. Everyone loved having a personalised keepsake to take home.
