Graham and Emma’s delicious three tiered baked beauty was created by a friend of Emma’s sister. Each tier was made from sponge, but with a different flavour of butter icing in the middle. The top tier was coffee, the middle was chocolate and the bottom was vanilla flavoured. It was cut up and served with the evening buffet, and they were only left with a tiny bit of the bottom layer to take home!
The couple spent Christmas and New Year relaxing at home so they could enjoy the special time as a Mr. and Mrs. with their family and friends. They then jetted off to Sri Lanka in mid January, where they spent a week sightseeing and a week relaxing at an all-inclusive beach resort. It was the perfect way to see off what had been a roller coaster year for this lovely couple.
