The Happy Couple

Graham and Emma faced a challenging year when Emma was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2011. After a tough year, they wanted to end it on a high with a winter wedding to look forward to.

The couple, who met on a blind date at a bowling alley in 2008, got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2009, after watching a fireworks display over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Romantic Graham got down on one knee in front of Emma’s parents, sister, her sister’s family and hundreds of other spectators to present Emma with a stunning diamond and platinum ring and asked her to be his wife. They then set about planning their dream winter wedding for 2011.
