Emma & David’s Real Wedding

Emma and David tied the knot in front of their 65 wedding guests during a traditional church wedding ceremony at St. Stephen’s Church in Lympne.  Having taken their vows, the couple went on to celebrate their newlywed status during a relaxed wedding reception at Lympne Castle.

The Decadent Wedding Decor

Emma and David made their own wedding invitations; a personal touch to their wedding day and an excellently in-expensive way to announce their newly engaged status.  Asking a friend to act as photographer, Emma and David walked to the top off Hampstead Heath where they held up individual driftwood signs each entitled “we’re”, “getting” and “married”.  Helped by another friend to incorporate these photos into a design, Emma and David had their hand-made invites printed before sending them off to fortunate guests.

Opting for a red, orange and yellow colour scheme Emma and David incorporated lots of candles and rustic decorations into their wedding day decor.  Emma made beautiful wall decorations of wicker heart wreaths intertwined with ivy and fairy lights.
