Danielle chose an A-line, fitted wedding dress which was originally strapless, but she customised it with cap sleeves made from a matching lace.
The bride shopped for her gown with her grandma, mother-in-law and maid of honour and they all loved the dress when she tried it on. As she is quite small, she didn’t want something overpowering and too detailed, but the traditional style and the diamante and pearl detailing balanced out perfectly.
Danielle’s gown was the third one she tried on – and she actually went back to Yours Truly in Maidstone to try it on a further four times as she loved it so much. In total she tried out around 20 dresses though just to be certain!
She accessorised with a tiara and a traditional veil, as well as glamorous drop earrings, a heart necklace and a silver watch. Her grandma gave her an old gold and pearl ring which her mother had given to her when she got engaged.
Danielle asked four of her closest friends to be bridesmaid. Her best friend Deb was the maid of honour. Deb, Faye, Deniz and Laura all wore summery blue maxi dresses which they found during a shopping trip to Oasis.
