Tony and his grooms party hired kilts and suits from Kilts 4 You in Glasgow. Kilts 4 You had a tartan that matched with the wedding colour scheme that Clare and Tony had chosen and it was the shops own design, so couldn’t be found anywhere else. The men all looked great on the day.
Clare and Tony were married in the Darvel Parish Church and the bride walked down the aisle with her father to a Scottish song called Highland Cathedral. Three hymns were sung during the ceremony and Clare’s father and auntie each did a reading.
During their wedding planning Clare and Tony decided to buy their wedding rings from different suppliers. Clare’s wedding ring came from Smooch and Tony chose a ring from H.Samuel. After exchange vows the couple were pronounced husband and wife and the celebrations could begin. A piper had been hired to guide people from the church to the reception, which was a lovely and unique touch.
