After the wedding breakfast the newlywed couple cut through a three tier wedding cake which featured a pretty blue ribbon and had been created and designed by Clare’s brother. Mini cupcakes were also dotted around the cake for guests to enjoy along with a hog roast that was served during the evening celebration. A live band called Encore then played later on into the evening and everyone enjoyed watching the newlywed couple dance their first dance to ‘You do something to me’ by Paul Weller
The day after the wedding the celebrations continued with a bouncy castle, adults space hoppers and giant Jenga which had all been placed in the garden for fun.
The newlywed couple spent their honeymoon on the Island of Islay in the southern Hebrides. Clare and Tony have always loved whiskey, and there was a festival on Islay starting the week after their wedding, so it was an ideal time to go!
