Clare & Tony’s Real Wedding

**Benjamin Roberts Bride of the Month, February 2013** Clare and Tony had been together for nearly 15 years and engaged for 5 when they finally decided to tie the knot. They made their wedding planning unique and exciting, and celebrated their wedding in a marquee which featured a wonderful blue colour scheme and an enjoyable wedding breakfast, followed by an evening hog roast.

The Bridesmaids

Clare had two adult bridesmaids, Alison and Marti to support her on the day, and Alison’s daughter Kellie as a flower girl.  One of the main colour schemes of the day was blue, so Clare wanted her bridesmaids to wear dresses in the same shade.  After shopping around, Clare found amazing dresses designed by Watters in the same shop that she’d purchased her wedding dress from.  The adult bridesmaids dresses were strapless with a sweetheart neckline and were made of a luxurious satin material.

Clare then found an ivory flower girl dress from Debenhams and had a blue sash made in the same shade as the older bridesmaids to tie around the waist.  Kellie also carried a blue bag filled with petals on the day.

The bride and her bridesmaids had their hair and make-up done by a professional company called Hair by Kristen and all of their hair accessories came from Lynseys Designs.
