Having bought a wedding dress and tried it on numerous times, Clair realised that it was after all, not “the one”. Selling her original purchase, Clair went in search of a new dress, finding her dream gown at a bridalwear shop in Birmingham. The gorgeous ivory taffeta dress with cap sleeves was created by Roz La Kelin, an Australian wedding dress designer. Clair wore jewellery made by her talented friend at Gem Heaven on the big day and also wore a lucky sixpence in her shoe, which she borrowed from a colleague at work.
Clair hired a professional to design her wedding hair and make-up. Having had three hair and one makeup trial prior to the big day, Clair settled on a half-up-half-down hair-do. Complete with big curls and a fascinator hair band from Magpie Accessories in Maidstone, Clair looked wonderful. The hair piece tied in beautifully with the bridesmaids’ hair accessories which were all purchased online.
