Cheryl and Peter had a traditional C-of-E ceremony at 1pm in their local church. The bride walked down the aisle with her brother-in-law Colin to The Wedding March and the couple exchanged rings that they'd purchased from two places; Ernest Jones and a custom made jeweller called Arjento.
Cheryl hired a florist called Rae Johnson to create her wedding flowers. It was the first wedding Rae had ever done, and she didn’t disappoint! She created gorgeous bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids, and stunning centrepieces for the tables at the reception venue, Hey Green in Marsden.
The bride’s bouquet was a beautiful arrangement of calla lilies and roses in burnt orange, which worked well with the deep blue colour scheme. The bridesmaids carried similar arrangements, with gerberas.
