For favours, Keith and Charmaine gave each wedding guest a lottery ticket for that Saturday night’s National Lottery draw. The lottery ticket was enclosed with a poem which read: 'Thank you for making our day so great, we thought this ticket might be fate. So if you win, we want half, wouldn’t that be a bloody laugh! No more work. No more strife…just a cool 10 million for me and the wife!'
Charmaine also had old fashioned chatter boxes that she remembered playing with as a child. Questions included where the couple had met, where Keith proposed and where they went on their first holiday together.
