Charmaine and Keith visited several wedding fairs during the run up to their wedding, and having seen loads of different wedding cakes on display, only one stood out to them! Sahar Dinneen of Sugar Sensations designed the three tier cake which featured iced roses, delicate butterflies and gold ribbon around the bottom of each tier. Each tier was flavoured with jam sponge and lemon sponge with butter icing in between.
Chamaine’s son Jack made an emotional wedding speech and presented Keith with a Terry’s Chocolate Orange, just as he had done to Jack and April four years previously when they had first been introduced. This sentimental touch had everyone in tears and truly made everyone realise how in love this newlywed couple were.
The Toast Master, Mike Judd, announced the couples first dance which was ‘You Make Me Feel Brand New’ by Simply Red’s Mick Hucknal. The words of this song were totally apt for the newlywed couple and guests danced until midnight. On the following Monday Charmaine and Keith flew out to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt for some romantic time alone.
