Charlotte and Nigel's elegant three tiered cake was made by Helen at Fabulicious Cakes. The “three tiers of loveliness” as Charlotte describes it was made up of Victoria sponge for the top and bottom layers and the middle, a yummy chocolate sponge.
The beautiful ivory feature was decorated with tiny gold gems and around each layer was a soft ivory satin ribbon and a string of tiny pearls with iced hearts delicately dotted here and there.
Fresh peach and ivory roses were placed on top, keeping with the colour scheme and overall elegance and style of the day.
The delicious cake was enjoyed by all at the evening buffet!
