Charlie and Dan chose to hold their wedding ceremony early in the afternoon at Anstey Hall in Trumpington. Charlie’s mother walked her down the aisle to a live recording of Snow Patrol’s ‘Chasing Cars’, as that song means ‘the world’ to Charlie and Dan. The bride’s sister read out a beautiful poem, before the couple exchanged vows and wedding rings. As they left the church as man and wife to the sound of Toploader’s ‘Dancing in the Moonlight’, the happy guests blew bubbles over them.
The newlywed couple and their guests then moved on to a welcome drinks reception, where they were able to tuck into a selection of different, delicious canapés and mingle with each other.
