Carrie and Graham tied the knot on June 21st, Midsummer’s Day, surrounded by 45 members of their friends and family. They hand-made as much as they could when it came to the personal details of the day – Carrie even created her own bridal bouquet of brooches. This real wedding features a wedding bus, creative alterations to a wedding dress and a hand-made, four tier wedding cake.
The Bride & Groom
This newlywed couple met 15 years ago when Carrie was just 16 and attending college in Aylesbury and Graham, 21, was the local bus driver. Having both been too shy to make the first move they parted ways and never ended up dating. However, fate brought Carrie and Graham back together and the couple met when Graham by chance was the school bus driver of Carrie’s eldest daughter. Not wanting to tempt fate again, the couple got together within a month and were shopping for an engagement ring within a matter of weeks after officially dating.
Excited and ready to spend their life together, Carried and Graham planned their wedding ceremony at Aylesbury Registry office and an evening reception at Buckingham Athletic Football Club.
