Becks & Ian’s Real Wedding

Country loving couple Becks and Ian met online in 2009 and after dating for just under 4 years, Ian proposed to Becks on a romantic countryside walk. They were married just over a year later at Beck’s family church, St Andrew’s in South Warnborough and then had a marquee reception at their family owned lodge.

A Dress that is Just So Sassi

Becks’ wedding dress was the first one she’d ever tried on! Even though she didn’t buy it straight away, Becks eventually came back to the unique So Sassi design that she found in Brides of Winchester. She had a wonderful experience with the ladies at the boutique who helped her find the perfect dress. Beck’s believes in fate as the gown she chose the Lucy dress, which is her aunty’s name, as the gown is paired with a shrugette or ‘angel wings’ as the shop girls call them, which was labelled Annabelle, her beloved mum’s name.

The bride chose to wear her mum’s pearls, a gift from her dad, and her sister’s tiara, which she used as her something borrowed. Her shoes were a lovely lace design that she found online, by the Rainbow Club.
