Anna & Jon’s Real Wedding

Anna and Jon met through work and got engaged whilst holidaying in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. They spent 10 months planning their dream day which was based around a beach theme, and spent their honeymoon relaxing and soaking up the sunshine in Bali.  95 guests joined Anna and Jon on their special day and every moment of their wedding was just perfect.

Sailing Off into the Sunset

Anna and Jon cut through an ivory coloured wedding cake which had been designed by Sue Beams, one of Jon’s cousins.  The cake was decorated with pretty star fish and was topped with mini marzipan figurines of Anna and Jon sailing off into the sunset.  The cake was offered to guest to enjoy throughout the evening reception, after the emotional wedding speeches that were made by Anna’s lovely father, the groom (who went on for half an hour) and the best man.

The newlywed couple had hired a band called Jamtastic for the evening entertainment and danced their first dance to ‘You’ve Got the Love’ by Florence and the Machine.  The couple didn’t stick to their wedding budget, but the money they spent was all worth it!

Anna and Jon wanted to go somewhere completely new to them on their honeymoon, and therefore set off to Bali where they spent a couple of weeks relaxing on the beach and enjoying candle-lit dinners.  The perfect retreat for a wonderful couple.
