Paul and Andrea won a competition on hitched.co.uk consisting of £1000 worth of groomswear hire from Hugh Harris! Excited by their prize, the couple chose seven outfits with this money, and only had to pay an additional £50 to make up the difference of the overall cost! All of the men wore mid-grey coloured morning suits, with ivory waistcoats. Paul had an ivory cravat and pocket square, and a red rose buttonhole, whilst his groomsmen had sage green cravats and pocket squares, and ivory rose buttonholes.
Andrea saw her groom standing in all his finery as she walked down the aisle on the arm of her father to the classic ‘Wedding March’. The couple had a very traditional service, complete with hymns and bible reading from two of their friends. They exchanged rings bought from a local jeweller’s, and the organist played ‘Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring’ as they signed the register.
