Amanda went wedding dress shopping with her mother and sister and as she didn’t quite know what she wanted, decided to try on a wide variety of different gowns. She liked several, but hadn’t had that ‘this is the one’ feeling until she tried on a design by Benjamin Roberts in Harvey’s Bridal, Ramsey. As soon as Amanda started to put the Benjamin Roberts dress on she knew that is was going to be the gown she walked down the aisle in. Amanda had the neckline of the dress altered to a sweetheart and teamed her princess ballgown up with a pair of ivory and diamante heels from Dune.
Amanda’s bridesmaids wore ‘bluebird’ coloured dresses designed by True Bride which had also been purchased at Harvey’s Bridal. The pretty strapless dresses were complimented with an ivory sash to match the bride; Ray’s 7 year old niece wore an ivory dress from John Lewis.
The girls had their hair styled by Amanda’s trusted hairdresser James Alexander Hair, and after several un-successful beauty trials, Amanda finally found Bel Amour who were amazing.
