Currently looking early for venues, hoping for October 9th 2021!
Found the best place and price for evening venue and wanna book but I’m unsure what to do regarding booking registry office when it’s so far away... am I okay to book venue? I’m so unsure what I’m doing!

You really need to book your registrar first. Otherwise, you risk getting your reception sorted, only to find that you can't actually get married on that day because there are no registrars available!

Hello, some venues will hold the date for a few days to allow you to book the registrar - ours didn't but we just phoned and double checked with the registrar in the morning to confirm they had availability and then booked the venue and registrar all at the same time! I'd suggest calling the registry office who will be conducting the ceremony and checking with them how far in advance u can book!
