I was thinking about having a cheese cake alongside our afternoon tea for the alternative. 'wedding breakfast' we are planning. WeWdontWewant it to look like a buffet, nor do we want sit down formality, so we've got side tables with two levels around the room (our reception venue is our own home). I'm nke windetong if making our own mini versions to go on sone of the tables with afternoon tea cake stands onoothersowould on others would be a good idea. Anyone else done mini cheese cakes like this? (note: I mean cheese not cheesecake)
