What time to serve chocolate fountain?

My evening reception starts at 7pm. I don’t know what time to serve the sausage / bacon butties at? And I’ve hired a chocolate fountain for 2 hours, but have no idea on the time I want it.

If it starts at 7 the first thing is to plan the first dance time. This could be 7.45 with the cake cut right before it.

Then you'd be able to serve food from 8.30 onwards and have the fountain maybe 9pm onwards? But talk to the supplier because they may expect to serve from 7pm!
