Personalised mini packets of love hearts in small laser cut butterfly gift boxes.

Rubber ducks in a perspex presentation box wrapped in ribbon People know me as a bit of a rubber duck fan (I have loads) so we thought it would be quite fun! Got them in our wedding colour (navy) and they're doubling up as our table place settings.

We had heart shaped pieces of Scottish tablet in small perspex boxes, tied with tartan ribbon and a tag with our names and the date.

Am i being boring having the traditional sugar almonds? I brought cute little boxes and havent really thought what to put in them? Sorry jumping on your thread

We're having cd's with important songs to us/songs that will be played throughout the day and 'stand up to cancer' charity pins

We're having a pair of teaspoons lol (our wedding is alice in wonderland themed and we are having a mini mad hatters tea party, so they fitted nicely with this hehe).

We're either having none or a little bag with a heart chocolate, some personalised love hearts and some just married rock.

I'm not even doing wedding favours. I don't see the point in them.

We had sticks of personalised rock as husband grew up near an English seaside resort.

We are having boxes of krispy Kreme donuts (not actually huge fans ourselves but loads of our friends and family are). Our std card was an illustration I did of our cake with 'free cake' written on it so kind of fits in with that promise! Instead of on the tables they'll be displayed with black napkins and peach roses in a jug on a table with a sign telling people to help themselves. It'll be put out for after the ceremony with a glass of bubbles while we go off and gurn at the photographer.

Ive made a personalised wine charm for each of the ladies with their own initial (wax seal charm with pearls) and a vintage style key bottle opener keyring for the men

We are having charity donations to Cancer Research and British Heart Foundation as they are both charities which mean a lot to us and our families. Guests will get a little badge and a card so they have something to take away.

Only decided on half of our favours so far which are wine glass charms which have a thank you charm on them. Going to do something else as well but not sure what yet. Possibly personalised chocolates or love hearts.

With regards to sugar almonds I think they're a lovely idea especially if you put a card with them which has the meaning behind them. I actually considered them myself when i read the meaning behind them. Not sure if it was a poem.

We are having personalised kitkats to double up as name place cards.

Shot glasses with our names and the date engraved on them I'm renowned for trying to get everyone to drink shots when I've had a drink (and regretting it the next day) and OH always teases me about it so it's personal to us, and it's something fun that everyone can keep!

As far as we are concerned we are having a sweet bar and that it pretty much the same thing

We're also having a 'treats table' (we're including savoury snacks), but I'm putting out "Thank you" notes on the tables which will double as a menu and table place cards. I considered buying something cute to fill for the day guests, but I think I'm just going to get some personalised stickers and be done with it. I doubt anyone will be that bothered even about those
