Dry Hire Reception Only Venues - Essex

Hoping someone can help! I’m looking for a wedding reception venue only, simply want a lovely venue which is dry hire so I can sort out alcohol and catering in Essex. Feel like there’s nothing out there, does anyone know of something similar that may help? Don’t know if i’m being too vague or not!

Hi! Hylands House in Chelmsford is dry hire; Hutton Hall in Brentwood has its own bar but you have to hire in caterers, and some venues have a ‘dry hire’ option - Stockbrook Manor in Billericay I think does that. Good luck!

Hi there! Hylands House in Chelmsford is dry hire and a lovely venue. Hutton Hall in Brentwood has its own bar but you have to choose caterers etc (I think Hatfield Place is also the same) and some of the larger venues have a dry hire option - Stockbrook Manor in Billericay does that. Good luck!
