hymns and readings

We're in the same boat, we're needing to choose hyms and readings! So far we've decided on Jersualem as we like it (even though everyone seems to be having that one now!) we think we've chosen a non-bible reading, but now just need to find the bible reading!

I think we're having Shine Jesus Shine, Tell out my soul and Jerusalem as well. Not decided on the bible reading yet though.

For hymns we had all things bright and beautiful, lord of all hopefulness and one more step along the world I go.

For our bible reading we had one from Colossians about clothing yourself with compassion.

We are having three of each.

Our readings are good ol' Corintheans 1-13, An Irish Blessing, and 'The art of Marriage'

We're having Morning has Broken and One More Step Along the World I Go.

Readings we are having Romans 12:9-18 and I Will Be Here

We're having 'Bind us Together' & 'One More Step'

We had Dear Lord and Father of Mankind, Guide me oh Thou Great Redeemer, and All Things Bright and Beautiful. Also on the shortlist was I Vow To Thee My Country.
