It all looks lovely but can I make a small suggestion? Although that hairstyle is beautiful personally with all the detail on the top of your dress is might get hidden by your hair so an up do might show ot off more?

Yes I have thought about this and haven't completely discounted an up-do. My hair is sort of a security blanket for me as in when I am nervous, uncomfortable or apprehensive, I'd start twiddling my hair with my fingers. So that hairstyle is perfect for me because of this.

I am also considering this hairstyle as well. More of an updo but still a bit of hair for me to play with when nervous on the day. Do you think this hair is better for that dress?

Woohoo!! Bridesmaid dresses purchased now! These were a massive bargain... £95 reduced to £29 each! So it came to £87 for 3 dresses for my bridesmaids.

2 of my bridesmaids have tried it on, just waiting for the other to come back from holiday. Fingers crossed, it'll look OK!

Massive kudos on getting coast bridesmaids dresses for less than £30. I would be a very happy bridesmaid to wear those on the day!

Thanks, I couldn't believe it myself either! I first saw them when they were full price but thought that they were over my budget so couldn't believe it when I saw them reduced and available in all 3 sizes that I needed too.

Still 13 months to go so pacing myself. That said venue, registrar, TOG and dress all sorted! Back to the venue in a couple of weeks to meet their 4 caterers and want to choose them by the end of september. Biggest thing now is designing STD's

Thanks Pugsley! Just hope it's OK on the 3rd bridesmaid now otherwise they could all still have to go back! It is a really flattering fit and I've ordered 2 sizes for her to try on and knows a seamstress so everything is covered... unless she absolutely hates the dress!

She was unsure about the colour when I showed her the picture so I might just have to put my foot down if I think it looks good on her. The other 2 loves the dress and they look lovely in it.

Not in manchester, we have booked a venue on the Wirral actually. No even a place we had considered but saw the venue and we were sold!

went for our final planning meeting today and we are all systems go with 8 weeks until the day!!!

Oh wow how exciting!!! The 8 weeks will fly by very quickly! We have our tasting day in November so really looking forward to going back and seeing the venue again.
