It's all people seem to be talking about here!! I don't understand. Apparently it's a fat burner?

    Semtex is a plastic explosive...so it'll burn fat alright.

    Going by the ingredients listed on the website (http://www.jstjodie.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=43&products_id=59&zenid=gb906odoas4v9e71gdk93hnk93), plus the powerful tool that is google, it appears to be a max strength caffeine tablet.

    Read some reviews online and one said 'OMG I've lost 4lbs in a week and I am buzzing'. Yes, of course you are. I imagine you have trouble sleeping too!

    I was bouncing off the walls and having palpitations last week cause I accidently drank 3 cups of green tea in a row. God knows what taking 2 of those a day for a month would be like!

    Wow found this thread after buying Semtex for my wedding day weight. Love her or hate her these work for me, its not just caffeine its lots of ingredients that seem to work together. I dont like Jodie Marsh but I am loving my results.
