We had the absolute pleasure of using the incredible Seasalt & Relish to feed our guests at our wedding in September. From the point of booking till the big day Vicky and the team were absolutely amazing. We chose Hog Roast rolls, Aberdeen Angus Beef Burgers and BBQ pulled jackfruit burgers along with their amazing feasting salads for our wedding breakfast and then had a grazing table for our evening guests! We could not be happier with what they provided. They went above and beyond to provide the most perfect food for our guests. If you are looking for someone who will provide good food with a wow-factor, Seasalt & Relish are the people to use! I want to say a huge thank you to Vicky and the team! 🥰

With delicious food, exceptional staff and the most helpful of owners, Vamos Paella is absolutely sensational. After meeting Chan for a tasting in Brighton, we knew straight away that his company was perfect for catering our wedding. We got married in August 2025, with around 100 guests. Paella seemed like such a good choice, and we weren't wrong as there was something for everyone to enjoy. By serving it in 3 big paella dishes in the middle of the table, guests could tuck in to as much as they wanted of exactly what they wanted, be that seafood, meat or veggie (or all 3!). Wedding food can be a bit dry and 'samey' when cooking for large numbers, but paella offers something unique and delicious! We got so many great reviews for the food, with many commenting it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We completely agreed, but then perhaps we are a little biased about our wedding! The staff were also brilliant and they went above and beyond to ensure the whole day ran perfectly. They even cleaned up and cleared all our tables away before the night ended which made the clean up the next day a doddle. They didn't need to do that, but the fact is that the whole staff care so much about making your day the best it can possibly be. If we could sum up Chan and his Vamos Paella team in one phrase we would say "above and beyond". There is no problem when Chan, his Maitre D' Richie, or any of his staff are around. They thought of everything, prepared with us by going through all of the details to ensure everything was as we wanted it to be, and just made the whole day run flawlessly. With Vamos Paella, you're not just hiring someone to make great food, you're hiring an experienced, dedicated team that will do everything they can to make your event perfect. We honestly couldn't be happier with Chan and his team. We cannot recommend them enough. Chan is the friendliest person you could hope to meet who really cares that your day is everything you hope it will be. We wish him the very best for the future. Hire them. You won't regret it.

We could not have picked a better caterer for our wedding last month! Elizabeth and her team made abs served delicious canapés and a 3 course tapas style meal. It all looked amazing and tasted even better. We loved it and our guests were very impressed. Throughout Elizabeth has been helpful, always quick to respond and the perfect supplier to work with. Thank you so much for making our day so special!

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish We cannot recommend The Little Kitchen Company highly enough. From start to finish, they were simply outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect. We attended a tasting evening that completely blew us away—especially impressive considering my partner is a chef! I asked if some extras could be packed for my mother, who couldn’t attend the wedding due to health reasons, and this was done without hesitation. The food options and overall quality exceeded all expectations. For our wedding, we chose the luxury bar menu, a selection of canapés, three BBQ meal options with salads, followed by two dessert platters and a three-tier cheese stack with all the trimmings—bread, chutneys, crackers, and fruit. It was phenomenal. When our original dessert company cancelled, Olivia came to the rescue with a stunning cheese stack. She was a dream to work with—organised, thoughtful, and always checking in via email, calls, and Teams meetings to make sure every detail was perfect. Olivia ensured that both my husband and I were served our chosen food and champagne directly at our table, so we could enjoy it while mingling with guests. Her attentiveness, and the professionalism of her entire team, made all the difference. The compliments from our guests are still pouring in—and we couldn’t agree more. It’s easy to see why The Little Kitchen Company has won so many awards. They were the only caterers we looked at, and they completely amazed us from the start. Jacaranda provided an absolutely seamless service both in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. We had a feasting menu and the food was incredible - all of our guests still comment on it 3 months on from our wedding day. Nigel and Laura managed everything from set up to service so perfectly and we were able to completely forget about all of the logistics and just enjoy our wedding. We could not recommend them more.

We can’t thank Tim and his team enough for his catering at our wedding. We had loads of guests come to us on the day saying that it’s the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Every component they made for us was absolutely delicious! Tim was really easy to deal with on the day, really knowledgeable and took time out to talk about the cook. His team were really warm and friendly, and waitresses went above and beyond with helping out with the drinks reception. So glad we went with charcoal grill company, made for a really memorable wedding!!

I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from all our guests on the food which Nyama provided. We had the mixed grill, steak, chicken and lamb chops and it was incredible. We are so happy we decided to go with Nyama who were the more expensive of our original options but absolutely worth it. We had 50 guests for canapés and 120 for BBQ buffet and the service was quick. The staff were all really friendly and flexible, I would highly recommend if you want a wedding breakfast which is full of flavour and has lots of variety.

Hi Mike, I’m so sorry for the delay – I’ve just started a new job! But I didn’t want any more time to pass without saying the biggest thank you for the incredible wedding feast you created for us. It truly was the highlight of the evening. We’ve had so many of our guests tell us how amazing the food was. The canapés were so unique – definitely not your usual wedding fare – and they were absolutely delicious. Every single one, I am so glad we chose six - we loved the panko pheasant and the halloumi , also the sheets of paper thin meat! The dinner was everything we hoped for. We wanted something that felt like a relaxed, family-style meal that would get people talking, and you nailed it. The colourful spreads, the shared breads and dips, the pickled veg, and that beautiful beetroot salad – everything felt so thoughtful and perfectly in tune with our tastes. Knowing it was all locally produced made it even more special. The main course was cooked to perfection. We didn’t realise the chicken would be served whole, but we actually loved that – it gave the meal a real communal, homey feel, with someone at the table carving for everyone. The cauliflower was also a big hit! Your team were wonderful, and the entire experience was just flawless from start to finish. Thank you so much for helping make our day so memorable. Thank you just isn’t enough! Mark, Carla and the team were beyond incredible. They were fun to work with, reassuring and so helpful on the run up. They guided us through wedding stress, and served the most incredible food on the day. So many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Carla made sure we both got plenty of food and wine on the day! The evening food was equally incredible. We would recommend Man With a Pan to anyone!
