My husband-to-be is Dutch and I’m Spanish and we were getting married in Denia on the 27th June 2020. Unfortunately, like many other couples, we had to move the date since more than half of our guests came from outside Spain and could not be with us. We were lucky to have Claudia and her team, who are our wedding planners, and who helped us with everything. From the first moment they adapted to the new situation in a blink. They helped us with all the changes, they guided us with all the regulations, contracts, modifications and most importantly, they helped us not to lose the illusion (That has not been easy)! We already greatly valued their work before the pandemic, but now more than ever, they are essential! Now we are getting married on June 26, 2021, and we are looking forward to it !!

Louise is the most incredible event planner and a truly lovely person. She managed my daughter’s weekend long wedding at Cowdray House in West Sussex this past week, and I can honestly say that the reason it was the so hugely successful was down to Louise being at the helm. The venue was magical, the team at Cowdray, Jacaranda Catering and Firebird Events were superb. Nothing could be faulted, and even the weather was stunning! But Louise made it all happen like clockwork and removed the stress from me and my daughter so that we, and all of our guests, could enjoy every single minute of the 2-day event. Thank you, Louise. So much….xx

Zeleka and her team were absolutely incredible and played such an important role in making our wedding day seamless. We booked The Wedding Day Coordinators to oversee the day, as we had arranged our own contractors and suppliers, and the team was outstanding at managing and communicating with everyone involved. One of the highlights for us was how smoothly they organised the post-ceremony photos, which meant we could enjoy more precious time with our guests instead of worrying about logistics. From a month before the wedding, Zeleka and her team took charge with such professionalism, really listening to our wishes and ensuring every detail was aligned with what we wanted. On the big day, they arrived early and handled everything behind the scenes, so neither our guests nor our wedding party had to lift a finger. We couldn’t be more grateful for their support, efficiency, and genuine care—it truly allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of our day.

Our wedding was a two-day event with guests from all over the world, so the planning had to be extremely well organized. Calling it a “logistical nightmare” is a huge understatement! The team made sure the whole thing ran without any complications. It felt absolutely flawless to us and all our guests. Mark is an amazing combination of crazy creative energy with ultimate attention to detail. The event was outrageous, visually stunning and seamlessly executed. Our wedding has been the ultimate party people still talk about. I can’t tell you how many times I have been told by friends and family that it’s the best event they’ve ever attended. I will never use another event planner again. Mark Niemierko and his team are simply the best in the industry.

Natalie saved the day for us when we needed help decorating our reception venue on the wedding day. Even though it was a relatively small task Natalie was more than happy to help us. She was friendly and organised and I’m so happy that we found her!

Occasional Queens are simply the best we worked alongside them at a recent event at the landmark and then on to a beautiful venue from the wedding breakfast. Everything was so beautiful planned everything ran on time just perfection

We cannot recommend Get Wed enough, hiring them to plan and coordinate our wedding weekend was the best decision we made and we could not have done it without them! We had a rough idea what we wanted for our wedding but no clue how to make it a reality - luckily Eleanor, Rebecca and the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience, listened patiently to our random and sometimes conflicting ideas and transformed them into a wedding weekend more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! Everyone told us planning a wedding would be stressful, but the Get Wed team genuinely made it an enjoyable and worry-free experience! Having chosen a dry hire venue there were so many small things to consider and it could have been overwhelming, however at each step the team presented us with potential vendors alongside all the key information to make it easy to compare and make our decision, and most importantly understand the overall impact to our budget. Even when the weather didn't quite go to plan on the day, and a couple of our vendors got sick, I had 100% faith in Eleanor to deal with it and was able to truly relax and enjoy the wedding weekend! We cannot thank Eleanor, Rebecca and the rest of the team enough for creating our dream wedding!

Riri is a unicorn in the wedding world. Not only does she have impeccable taste and true creative vision but she is also eagle eyed and meticulous when it comes to the financials, operations and logistics of the day. Riri designed our dream day on budget by skilfully navigating the negotiations with vendors and advising us where our money will make the most impact. She was real with us from the get go and I am so glad we trusted her with our wedding. My husband and I honestly cannot get over how Riri was able to fully take our brief in and create the most amazing experience for us and our guests that was the exactly look and feel we wanted. It surpassed all expectations. Riri is very talented and if you are lucky enough to be in the position to work with her, don’t pass up the opportunity! Jennifer, you were always there for me for our wedding, you calmly helped me with absolutely everything, even when I rang you late at night and early in the morning - when do you sleep?! You made the whole process so fun and easy, and I always looked forward to our meetings! Justin is pretty certain you saved us from drowning in all our wedmin googling as soon as we met you with all your contacts and ideas! The way you helped with my family on the day was above and beyond. Thank you so much, we are so grateful for everything you did for us.

Dita is AMAZING! Words can't explain what a different she made to not only our day itself but also our stress levels in the run up to it. We had an outdoor wedding and probably bit off a bit more than we could chew, organising our own alcohol and catering, as well as the decor etc. We needed someone to support on the day, and after reading her wonderful reviews, I asked Dita to lend a hand. She ended up being so much more than that though! Dita helped to sense check our plan for the day, advised on our logistics (which were challenging to say the least!), make sure we had all we needed on the booze order, the cutlery, glassware/bar equipment...and was always there to promptly answer our many, many questions! Dita was super supportive, endlessly patient and never judgemental (no question was a silly question!). On the day itself, Dita was the dream. Making sure everything ran smoothly, sorting out all the things that predictably didn't go quite as planned, and just being an all-round hero! We were lucky enough to have her staff there for sorting the drinks too, and they were great. Loads of people commented on what a friendly team they were! Dita was also amazing with the clean-up and sorting rubbish clearing from the venue, even when the logistics/venue rules made our plans feel a bit impossible! Planning and hosting a wedding can be pretty stressful, but Dita probably quartered our stress levels - such a great source of support. We really couldn't recommend her enough.
