Natalie saved the day for us when we needed help decorating our reception venue on the wedding day. Even though it was a relatively small task Natalie was more than happy to help us. She was friendly and organised and I’m so happy that we found her!

Engaging Sherene to plan our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Our wedding day was complex, involving 3 ceremonies - a Nigerian Trad, a Chinese Tea Ceremony, and a White Christian Wedding, with the typical reception and dance floor to follow. We also had a variety of different suppliers and vendors on the day, so there was a fair amount of coordination. This allowed us and our guests to enjoy and be present on the day! Sherene was professional and dynamic from the beginning! She provided lots of amazing ideas for us and always had a great solution to problems and challenges we faced through the wedding process. She is also highly organised! We received many compliments from other suppliers about how great and organised she is. Highly recommend!

Tope and the Sapphire Falls team were an absolute life saver when it came to helping us plan and coordinate our wedding. They thought about everything, back up plans that we couldn’t even have anticipated. The whole team brought a fantastic and calming energy on the day, making any nerves fade away. We still have guests asking for their details almost 3 years on because everything ran smoothly, which is difficult when dealing with Nigerian weddings and family members, IYKYK. I can’t sing their praises enough. 10/10 team

I would like to recommend Zohrah. I chose Zohrah after researching 4 wedding day co-ordinators. I felt most comfortable with her and found her quote very reasonable. I didn't need a wedding day planner but just someone I could trust to oversee the actual wedding day to make sure everything came together. (Zohrah does offer planning services aswell). I liked Zohrah because like me she is a highly organised person, I found her to be down to earth and flexible to my needs for the day. Zohrah also went out of her way and was keen and willing to meet with my caterers to discuss the wedding. She also offered a couple of payment options. With me being picky about the way I wanted things I knew I could hand the rails to Zohrah on the day. Due to the current pandemic, unfortunately my wedding had to be cancelled so I couldn't use Zohrah in the end. However due to the pandemic I also found Zohrah very professional and caring too. If ever I need similar support in the future I wouldn't hesitate to hire her. When you know you know ? Best wishes to you Zohrah and thank you for your support ? Christinaxx

Gloria at My Wedding Fixer was a delight to work with during our wedding at Lambeth Town Hall (dry hire venue) in April. We brought My Wedding Fixer on to provide on-the-day coordination services for our multicultural wedding of 140 day guests, total 160 evening guests. Gloria had the unenviable job of working with all of the wedding suppliers & multiple parties (of which there were many), fitting everything into a schedule and making sure everything went to plan on the day, essentially running 3-4 events over the course of the day. Gloria provided timelines and templates that helpfully demonstrated how our wedding would go, and enabled us to share information in a clear way. Gloria gave us helpful advice & tips throughout the process, including what she has observed at other weddings that seemed to work well. Gloria is professional, organised, and we are really glad we paid for on-the-day coordination. On the day itself, Gloria and Adele checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy. We particularly appreciated how Gloria proactively organised plates of canapés for us to eat, to make sure we had a chance to enjoy the food in the rush of the day. When things were delayed slightly, Gloria would let us know and move things behind the scenes to get things back on track. She clearly went above and beyond on the day, solving issues seamlessly in the background. We would recommend My Wedding Fixer to others who want a helping hand to ensure their weddings run smoothly!

Our big day was perfect because of the wedding Kloset team. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day and executed everything according to planned. The team were highly friendly, patience, highly organised and delivered effectively even on a tight timeline. Amy and her team are a must for any wedding! They completely transformed our day into a floral wonderland that exceeded every expectation. From the moment we started working with Amy, she was kind, patient (we changed our budget about 8 times), and truly understood our vision. She always found ways to make things work for us and for us have the day we wanted. She also gave us so many tips and ideas throughout the wedding that added some extra lovely touches. I’ve worked with Sarah for many years, both on group and individual projects/events. What struck me first was her warm and friendly manor, she’s just so easy to talk to. She took all concerns on board and was never phased by any unexpected hiccups along the way. She makes you feel reassured and has everything under control, even the most overwhelming of tasks feel achievable with her help. I was really impressed at how she took my ideas (very poorly explained by myself) and not only made them a reality, but made them 100 times better than anything I could have achieved alone.
