Tacky or Funny?

shoegal01, 8 of September of 2010 at 18:00 Posted on Planning 0 21

Soooooo for when we are walking out of the ceremony room after we have signed the registar we are thinking about having the Black Eyed Peas 'I gotta feeling' as our exit song - is it tacky or is it cool and funny?

I love that song . . . it's our holiday song when OH proposed. It's very upbeat too so will set the tone for the partying afterwards.

Horribly tacky! .................only joking, Good song. Some might say ours is tacky 'crazy in love' but is 'our' song and only place to use a really upbeat song. I think it sets a great tone for the rest of the day - as does 'I got a feeling'

I think it's cool and funny! We are considering Kool & the Gangs, Celebration, or The Rembrandts (Friends theme tune!!).

Go for it, it'll be great.

I think that's the one part of the wedding you can go full on cheese. I'm even thinking of having some Spurs orientated song as a surprise for OH as we walk out.

    lol.

I like it, SaraCroft started the disco at the reception with it and it caught the mood straight away!

So you could actually get away with playing twice, once for the ceremony and once during the disco!
