Contact a marriage coordinator in Vanuatu at least 6 weeks before the wedding date.

At least 4 weeks prior to the wedding, the coordinator must receive the following documentation:
Photocopies of birth certificates of both bride and groom
Photocopies of passports (showing the photo page) of both bride and groom.
If either the bride or groom were previously married or held another name, send photocopies of the divorce papers or name change papers.
Completed Notice of Intended Marriage form (included in the information packages)
The required forms must be faxed, sent by post or courier to the marriage coordinator so that they arrive at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
