Couple must be a resident of St. Vincent and the Grenadines for a minimum of 1 day, not including the day of arrival, before applying for a marriage license. The license is obtained through the office of the Solicitor General in St. Vincent, which is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Couple needs to travel to the island of St. Vincent to apply for the marriage license (the trip takes about 2-3 hours) and present application to be married in person and revenue stamp for approval from the Ministry of Justice or from the Registrar
Marriage ceremony must be performed by an official marriage officer, priest, or minister registered in St. Vincent.
The couple needs to nominate two witnesses for the ceremony
