Some fast facts and legal requirements to help plan you wedding in Chile.
To deposit your Chilean marriage you must:
Submit one Chilean marriage certificate duly translated and legalised by the Chilean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Submit the document to the British Consulate in Santiago.
Submit British passport or British birth certificate (plus photocopy).
The applicant is requested to provide an address in the UK where GRO will send a notification confirming the marriage has been deposited.
