Lisa was just absolutely wonderful for my bridal make up. At the trial she really took the time to understand what I wanted and play about with different looks until I was happy. She had great communication on the run up to the day, giving me tips and tricks to make sure my skin was looking glowy. On the day itself, Lisa was super relaxing and calming. She did my make up to an extremely high standard and worked around the hairdressers to ensure I was ready in plenty of time. She even brang the veil to the church after we forgot! I cannot recommend her work or her positive calming influence enough. 10/10 would recommend.

I honestly can not fault Millie, she's done my make up on a number of occassions over the years and have been impressed by her work. This weekend she did my make up and hair my wedding for me and some of our bridesmaids and guests. I felt absolutely beautiful and it stayed on all day. Highly recommend Millie.

I booked Barnet+Boatrace to do Hair and Makeup for myself and two bridesmaids after reading great recommendations on Hitched. As soon as I contacted Olga she was great with communication, and the hair and makeup trial was fantastic, especially as I had no idea what I wanted. On the day itself Olga and Emily arrived on time, were friendly and did a fantastic job of all three of us. I would definitely use them again.

Jo was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire wedding experience. After a bad experience with another makeup artist who used heavy, matte makeup that just wasn’t me, I was feeling nervous, but Jo instantly put me at ease. She really listened and understood exactly what I wanted: soft, glam and glowy. The makeup lasted beautifully all day without needing any touch-ups, which was amazing. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Thanks so much to Wendy for the fabulous service she gave at my wedding. She came to our getting ready location and was super efficient but always with a smile on her face! I created my own hair decorations and Wendy was more than happy to integrate these into the design

From the moment I reached out, the service and professionalism shone through. I booked early and had a lovely make up and hair tiral first with Caroline and Carla. It was perfect, hair and make up stayed all day and they really understand its about working with the person. On our wedding day, they arrived with the right levels of calm and excitemen and added so much enjoyment to our getting ready vibes. I can't do justice to just how beautifuI I and my bridesmaids felt as the moring progressed. I had so many compliments and I only had to top up my lipstick a couple of times durign the day. I felt flawless. The attention to detail and friendly and encouraging words throughout the morning were ao appreciated. You honestly set the bar for the day for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommmend you to anyone. Special shout out to Carla, who reached out to help me find the perfect coulor match for my hair extensions, so much appreciated. Ladies you were fabulous, thank you a million times over!!

She is such a lovely person and made the whole morning feel relaxed and enjoyable. My hair and makeup were absolutely amazing! I felt beautiful, confident, and truly like the best version of myself. Everything lasted amazingly throughout the day and was exactly what I had hoped for. I didn’t want to take it off! Rebecca is incredibly talented and I’m so grateful I chose her for such an important day. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience with Eva. My hair looked absolutely fantastic, I couldn’t believe it was my hair! I had so many wonderful comments throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble for Eva and she put me and my family completely at ease. Would not hesitate in recommending her.

Lucy was professional, friendly and was able to bring the vision to life! Our stayed all night - even after an intense scavenger hunt with lots of running around! Great prices for the quality of work - highly recommended!

I really struggled finding someone to do mine and my bridesmaid hair for my wedding due to being in a small town! But was lucky enough to find color Luxe/ Beth at a local wedding fair and wasn’t sure she would have space due to the short notice but she was amazing had me booked in for my trail and had my special day free ! She was lovely and did such an amazing job with my hair as I wasn’t sure if the style I wanted would work with my hair. Beth talked me through everything and sent out an order of the day so that me and bridesmaid knew when and what time our hair would be done. Beth also stayed on to do touch ups for everyone and we just had the best experience with her ! Would highly recommend as my hair was absolutely beautiful.
