Good Evening Jody I am dropping you this email to say many thanks for all of you and your staffs efforts in making Chris & Julia’s special day so magical. I know the very hard work that you put into the whole day and the way that you worked in conjunction with Robert Reverie Events made each room so very special for them. It is gratifying to be able to have the confidence to be able to ask somebody to ensure that the day runs smoothly and to reflect exactly what we required, and you certainly did this. Christmas party
Jody Just wanted to say a huge thank you towards all the staff that made our Christmas Party such a resounding success. Absolutely everyone was delighted with the event and I have only had really positive feedback from everyone. The poor bar staff must have been well fed up as I think we had people still in the bar at 4.00am!!!

Dear Jody Thanks very much for arranging the menu tasting for us last night. Everything went very well, and all your staff were very helpful. It was really nice to have the opportunity to meet the chef as well, thanks.Please apologise to the team as we were 15 mins late or so, Ian got held up at work. I am meeting Tabitha the florist tomorrow at Wotton and I have also arranged to meet Lindsey at 11. Our Wedding
Hi Jody, I hope to find you well !!! I would like to say a massive thank you from myself and my husband for our amazing wedding day at Wotton House it was better than perfect, Yourself and your staff were amazing and we were so impressed. The day went so well and so well organised and we were so lucky with the weather. The food was outstanding and all the catering staff were brilliant, Myself and Lee have had continous great comments about the Food, The premises, The staff and they are still talikng about it now. We really cant thank you enough you made our day absolutley perfect. I would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Helen aswell she was constently briliant and did absolutley fantastic i know Beverley was really pleased but i think she may have already been in touch. Lee and Danielles wedding
Hi Jody Hope you are well, I just wanted to drop you a quick email to Thank you for helping us achieve such a wonderful day on Saturday. I really do not know where to start because everything was just sooooooooooo fantastic, I did not realize just how nice your venue Was until being part of the wedding. I guess every time we visited it was just to go over wedding itinerary’s etc. Also I knew the Grounds were stunning but I guess I always thought being November we may not benefit . But we did as you advised and bought 2 white umbrella’s and hey ho the weather was fantastic and we were able to benefit from the beautiful outside scenery. However apart from the grounds being beautiful the entire venue was absolutely stunning, we chose Wotton House because of the characteristic Civil Ceremony room but it turned out that the whole venue in every aspect was stunning. My colleagues at work this week have had nothing but fantastic comments to say, especially the wedding breakfast, they All commented on how nice the food was, the fact the children were served first was a nice idea, the food was hot and served Promptly to every table. I have not had a single complaint from any of the guests. Not sure what else I can say to express how happy I am that Lee and Danielle chose Wotton House. Regards Beverley

Dear Jody, Just a qucik note to say.. We had such an amazing day, everything ran so smoothly and was just as we wanted it. Our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how well organised it all was. All the staff were so friendly and helpful too. You did us proud! everthing was fabulous! We would like to give you and your team a huge thank you for all your help in planning our day. You were always so efficient, friendly, approachable and helpful. You were there to make our day as special as possible, with a genuine interest and personal touch. We called you many times with lots of questions and requests but you never made us feel an inconvenience, and always knew who we were and when our wedding was even though you must be dealing with so many people. You work so hard and are a big credit to Wotton House. It was such a relief to know we were in excellent hands.

Hi Jody, We would like to say a huge thank you to you and all the staff which helped in our special day. Please also could you pass a huge thank you to Helen who was there on the day, she was very helpful even helping with Noriko getting ready. We both feel that our day couldn't have been more perfect. The whole day was just how we had imagined it if not even better. In the future we will be sure to recommend your hotel to our friends and family.
