We wanted to say a huge thank you to the event co-ordinator Lisa and all of the staff who were involved with our wedding yesterday. Kelly was absolutely brilliant, she made our wedding day perfect and her attention to detail was fantastic, please, please pass on our personal thanks to her, she was fab! All of our guests had a great time and many mentioned how excellent the service, staff and hotel in general was. They were really impressed. We had a brilliant day, thank you so much. Superb Day
I'd like to thank all the staff for organising everything for us so superbly for our daughters wedding reception on Friday 22nd July 2011. You really did pull out all the stops for us, even putting a new piece of carpet on the staircase leading up to the Darials Room! Everything was perfect and the room looked lovely. The meal was excellent and we've had many mentions from our guests regarding the food and service. They all commented on the friendly, helpful and accommodationg staff. A special thank you to Lisa who spent a considerable amount of time with us discussing all the details. Thank you to Andy and Maia who were very courteous and helpful at all times. We cannot thank you all enough for everything you did to make Sarah and Martin's wedding day such a lovely occasion.

Sophie and James' wedding - 23rd October 2010 Thank you for helping to make Sophie and James' wedding one of the happiest days of our lives, an occasion that Sophie and James will never forget. Fairytale Wedding
Thank you so much for making our Daughter''s and her husband''s wedding so wonderful. Wonderful Success
I want to record my heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making my daughter''s wedding reception such a success. The room looked lovely and was laid with care and attention to detail. The food and drinks were great and served well. The garden was a wonderful backdrop for our photos and the weather turned out to be sunny with very little rain! The Duty Manager guided us all through the afternoon with confidence and warmth, all the staff were helpful to the end and all at a price we considered very reasonable. We are so glad we chose the Winchester Royal Hotel for the reception and won''t hesitate to recommend the hotel to others looking for a venue for a special occasion.
