Note of Appreciation and Gratitude
On behalf of all those who attended the quite splendid wededing of Dan and Laura Christian on 9 October 2010 at your hotel, and as "father of the bride", I wanted to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Alana and her support team. The day was judged by everybody to have been on overwhelming success, and in no small way that was down directly to the way which your hotel and your hardworking staff supported the wedding party in an exemplary fashion. We have received numerous compliments about the venue, the staff, the food and the overall ambience - all made possible by the professional and cheerful approach of your staff; nothing was too much effort either in the lead up to the wedding or on the day itself. i would like to single out Alana for special mention - both Dan and Laura commented on just how helpful and co-operative she proved to be throughout the entire build up period and on the day itself. The weather was very kind (phew) and made the best of a meticulous prepared venue. You may not be aware that your staff helped out the last minute and that was very much appreciated. Please could you also pass on my personal thanks to the whole team consisting of (apologies for any incorrect spelling or missing names!): Nick, Danny, Zory, Greg, Anna, Arek, Alex, Eleanor and Ashlynn. Without hesitation we would recommend you to any of our friends or colleagues. I would be most grateful if you could ensure that Alana and her team receive the praise due to them and thank them again for the excellent and much valued support.

Elissa and Alexs Wedding at the Westwood
We had the loveliest wedding at the Westwood, Drew (Hotel Manager) made everything so perfect. His attention to detail, understanding our requirements and he and his staff went above and beyond to make our day very special. The location is beautiful, and also with the Hotel layout is very flexible (the turnaround from the Ceremony Room to the Wedding Breakfast). We would both like to re-iterate how amazing the ceremony room looked, and all of our guests came up to us independently telling us how beautiful it was. So many of our guests also commented on the quality of the food, service and location, saying it was the best wedding they had been to. We wanted an orange theme to the wedding. The Westwood staff were incredible in this, organising orange sashes on the chairs (with flowers tied into the sash on the back of each guests chair), the most amazing flowers and arrangements. The room had an incredible wow factor, surpassing any of our expectations. Thanks to Drew, and the staff at the Westwood for making our day such a special one. Elissa & Alex.

Dear Melissa, This is just to say Thank you for organising Hyunjung & Vihar's Wedding Reception events. We highly appreciate all your efforts and patience before and during the event. All your supporting staff also were nice and helpful. Needless to mention the hotel site and the atmosphere around it is really beautiful. Many of the guests enjoyed the lamb dish served with parsnip puree and dauphinoise potatoes very much. The dessert was highly appreciated as well. Many thanks to your chef. Dear Melissa & Team, Just a little note to say a great big Thank You for ensuring that Tony & I had the perfect Wedding Day. It was magnificent from start to finish and I can't begin to tell you the compliments we received from all our guests on the venue, service, excellent food and just the 'ambiance' and warmth of the staff. Westwood Country Hotel was the first venue we looked at and we didn't go any further. We will definitely pop in at some point to show you some photographs. Melissa, We would like to thank you and your team for helping to make Ruth & Steve's wedding such a happy celebration last Saturday.
