On the morning of your big day, relax and prepare in the ‘oh so pretty’ Peony Suite, the perfect start to your day with the dreamiest of views over the gardens.

With a selection of beautiful ceremony spaces to choose from, including outdoor ceremonies in the elegant Wedding Pavilion – Wherever you choose to say ‘I do’, our beautiful landscaped gardens offer peaceful seclusion and provide the perfect tranquil backdrop for those treasured wedding photos.

From intimate weddings of 30 guests to wedding feasts for up 120 guests, our experienced wedding team offer a truly personal service and will be on hand throughout your planning journey from beginning to end. From reception drinks to canapés, afternoon tea or a traditional wedding breakfast our in house chefs take pride in creating the perfect menu for you.

We can offer up to 70 rooms for guests wishing to prolong the celebrations in our tranquil and beautiful setting. For the newlyweds, our luxurious Bridal Suite offers the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Begin your married life together in this romantic setting, reflecting on your special day whilst enjoying stunning views of the gardens. – all complimentary of course!

A perfect wedding day!

We had a lovely day and couldn’t have been treated any better. All the staff we attentive and kind to everyone there. The only thing I’m sad about is that I can’t do it again!

Everyone was fantastic, Emma was amazing during the organising, so never had to worry. Richard & Didier were all absolutely lovely.

Top marks great food excellent set up and suppor

Top marks for almost everything – great food, excellent set up, service and support. You even managed to give us the hottest weekend of the year so far! We really had the most incredible day and we are so thankful to everyone who worked with us during the planning process and on the day itself.

Perfect! Brilliant staff & venue

We got married here on New Years Eve 2014. From the start of planning nearly 2 years in advance, right until the day after the wedding, our experience at Warbrook was brilliant!
The grounds are beautiful & every room is stunning! The staff also contributed to such a brilliant day!

Just to mention some members of staff in particular, who helped make the day so special:-
Sarah helped us with all the planning & did a fantastic job, she was very helpful, caring & understanding, I am so pleased I had such an efficient contact to help me through the planning!

Stephen - our master of ceremonies for the day was brilliant. Such a
lovely guy, & he really worked so hard to make sure everything went ok
and that we were both happy, both on the day and the night before.
He made us feel very relaxed.

Karlos - bar man & also the Waiter for Our top table. A very hard
worker, and lovely guy. He really does deserve some recognition.

Kate - on reception. A lovely lady who again worked very hard both the
night before and the day of the wedding to ensure everything went well
and again helped to make things less stressful.

Many of our guests commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were.

Finally to mention the food was amazing (both the night before & night
of). My husband and I are quite fussy eaters, but they happily adapted the menu for us according to our needs, so thank you also to the chefs!

We would highly recommend anyone to get married here, it was the only
venue we viewed, but we knew straight away & definitely made the right decision!

Fantastic venue, attentive staff and great food

We had prior experience with Warbrook and knew they would do a great job for our wedding. We decided to have our ceremony and reception at Warbrook and all parts of the day were extra special. We had 126 for our wedding breakfast, with a 3 course meal and the food was really good to a great quality. The venue is very pretty and made an excellent surrounding for our day.
Warbrook were very flexible, their experience and advice helped us every step of the way.

We really appreciated all the effort the team put into making our wedding day so special and memorable.

The extra attention to detail, continued assistance, can do attitude and overall general helpfulness throughout the entire course of the weekend went well over the level of service we could ever have expected.

Your staff and your team are an absolute credit to De Vere and we would like to pass on our thanks and appreciation, one final time on such great service ,to you and all the team.

I know we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Warbrook House as a venue for future events to friends and colleagues of ours and we would in particular mention both Joe and Sam as great points of contact.

I wanted to write to thank you for all your help leading up to the wedding, Pete and I were so happy on the day, everything went so well and we're only heard good things from our guests.

Everyone loved the food, so please pass on our thanks to the chefs on the day, even considering the delay getting everyone seated, they still pulled it out of the bag, as they say!

Robyn was an absolutely gem. He really was amazing and extremely helpful with various queries on the day and to celebrate with a glass of champagne with him just after we were married, was so lovely.

Please do pass our thanks onto the entire team who were working on the day, the ceremony music went really well, the bar was well manned for all those who couldn't keep away and everyone else in the background we didn't get to meet but helped.

The whole experience was just so well handled and my friend who came to our wedding is now thinking of having hers there as she was so impressed.

Our day was perfect and everything went off really well. I was so impressed with how the staff dealt with the fact that my hairdresser didn’t turn up.! They sorted out an appointment for us all and saved the day. Totally taking any stress from me.

Ryan was fantastic and very kind and friendly to everyone.

Fantastic

My husband and I had a fantastic wedding at Warbrook House. Throughout the process, from our initial contacts following our first stay at the venue (February 2013) and then through the planning contacts and meetings we were totally satisfied.

All questions and queries were answered and all of our needs were met both efficiently and effectively. The service on the day was second to none and we totally appreciated the efforts of the team who ensured that every aspect of our day was taken care of. The staff were polite, efficient, responsive and very professional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day and have no hesitation in recommending the venue to friends and family. We will also be visiting again in the future.

Perfect

Just a quick note to say thank you for everything, the day was perfect and we could not have asked for a better day.

Please could you tell Lucasz that he was absolutely brilliant!! Everyone commented on how good he was and he really did make the evening so much fun and such a good laugh.

Stunning wedding venue

Warbrook house is a very attractive house with well kept grounds. It has plenty of space for your wedding guests and is a perfect wedding venue for all weather occasions. It has numerous photo opportunities which will provide everlasting memories. The staff at Warbrook are friendly, courtesy and will ensure your day runs as smoothly and as stress free as possible. The food is excellent and to a high standard, all our wedding guests thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Awesome Venue!

From the moment we contacted Warbrook House the service was fantastic. The knowledge, planning and attention to detail was second to none. Charlie put it all together and her advice, direction and the genuine interest shown in making sure our day was perfect really made the planning easy.
Robin ran the actual day and he was there but not there at the same time, the day was run in a relaxed manner. The Chef and waiting staff were superb. I cannot recommend this venue enough!! Thanks to Warbrook House and especially Charlie.

Our Wedding Our Way

Being late to the wedding scene after 21 years together we wanted different and Warbrook were really the only ones who took us seriously and let us be different. We wanted to have a festival theme (see our invites at wedfest.co.uk). Warbrook suggested their new marquee and it was the perfect blank canvas for Cherubs the florists to decorate. We met with the chef and agreed a bespoke menu. Food was fabulous, the biggest compliment from our guests - the staff were there but not there, seamlessly making everything work.

Perfect venue for the most perfect Day

Warbrook House really was the most amazing venue for our wedding. The staff were all so friendly in assisting us and our guests, especially Charlie and Lucas who were so helpful and flexible in making the day exactly how we wanted it. It is a beautiful venue and all our guests were extremely impressed with the location and the hotel. We loved how they let us make the day personal to us with support and regular communication every step of the way.
