Wow Factor
“Best Wedding Ever” was the comment we kept hearing about our Wedding Reception at Trunkwell Mansion House. We wanted a Vegas themed wedding, and in our mind it was clear – how we wanted it, we sought the “wow” factor, but were not sure who could help us. Having looked around at various venues, we came across Trunkwell. We never looked back –it was the right choice for us. Bob @ Trunkwell was very much on our “wavelength” when it came to theming our day – we had lots of ideas for decorating between us, and he was able to source everything we required. Mark, the chef is amazing. We spent a lot of time deciding on food and theming – Mark was brilliant, gave us lots of ideas. On the day the food was PERFECT. The presentation of the food was outstanding, it was all served hot, and on time. Stephanie was our wedding planner, she turned out to be our rock. Every little detail we required on the day, she sorted. We didn’t have to remind her about anything. It allowed us to enjoy our day. We had a truly amazing Wedding Reception at Trunkwell – they achieved the“Wow” factor that we sought.

Superb
Thank you so much for making our wedding day so very special. The venue looked amazing, the food was fantastic with so many compliments regarding the quality of the food. The tables looked great and thank you for putting in the 4 larger tables. The water glasses were also a much better colour than I had picked. Our photos look great and we loved the room we stayed the night in. Please pass on our thanks to Bob who drove the car for us and also to everyone else involved in making it so superb.

Amazing venue and attention to detail
Thank you so much for all you help on Friday. The venue looked beautiful with the star cloth ceiling and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Everyone commented on how wonderful the marquee looked and how tasty the food was. I will definitely be attending other events at Trunkwell in the near future.

WHAT A PLACE
I attended a function at Trunkwell and the food was really nice and it was served hot. It made a welcome change to most venues I have been to. The staff were friendly and efficient. The star cloth lining was truly amazing and the DJ had everyone on the floor dancing The hog roast at night was a real treat. Very tasty and a much welcome change off the usual sausage on a stick. Well done Trunkwell!

Beautiful summer wedding
Our reception at Trunkwell in August was fantastic and was better than I could have dreamed of. From drinks and canapes on the lawn, to the BBQ reception and the fab evening buffet, all our guests have commented on the quality of the food and the location. The staff were fantastic and it all ran perfectly. We''d love to do it all again!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to your team. Feedback from the Wedding was fantastic and everyone was very impressed with the service and dedication received on the day. From start to end, it was a tremendous day especially as we had the weather on our side and the staff could not help enough.
