An Amazing Day
We had the most amazing day and feel so grateful to all the staff at the Spa for all being so professional and lovely all day. Even when the cake collapsed (which I'm very grateful I didn't know about!) Ric and my mum were so impressed with how all the staff helped and dealt with the situation even when it was really not their job to. Massive thank you to the head chef and his staff for helping as I'm told they were just were brilliant and went above and beyond to fix it, I didn't even notice when I saw it! The spa hotel is an absolutely wonderful hotel and all the staff that helped on our wedding day were an absolute credit to the hotel, all our guests said they had an amazing day and everything went so smoothly I really felt that the service we received was 5 star and would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to anyone getting married. I want to also mention Emilie who was managing all day, she was absolutely brilliant esp dealing with the cake situation and just felt that she was so professional all day. We have such fantastic memories of our wedding day and in part I feel that is down to everyone at the Spa as we didn't have to worry about anything we just had such an amazing day.

A Perfect Day
From our visits to the Spa and various conversations with Melonie, we were always confident that the wedding would be a success. The Royal Suite looked stunning, the testament to this were the many comments made by our guests. We were delighted with the way that the many requests we made were accommodated, from the table settings, napkin roses and favour buckets to the ‘picture tree’. The attention to detail, together with the beautiful flowers from Isis made it a perfect setting. The standard of the catering and the quality of the food were excellent, many people remarked on this too. We will certainly recommend the Spa Hotel to others looking for a wedding venue.

I wanted to write to you to say thank you to the whole team at Spa Hotel for the fantastic service provided last Friday, for Laura and Ryan’s wedding. On the day, your duty manager Deniz was absolutely on the ball, and ensured that things ran like clockwork. The staff who served us on the day, were first class. It meant that the wedding party could relax and enjoy the day, without worrying about all the details. The morning after the wedding, we met another family in your hotel lobby, who were there to plan their wedding in 2013. You will be pleased to know that we sang your praises and told them they had made a good choice with the Spa Hotel. Thank you all once again, for making our day so memorable.

The Perfect Wedding Reception

Wedding Lunch

Wedding 16th October 2005
Now that the dust has settled and we are back on our feet I wanted to share our gratitude to the Spa Hotel for our special day. At the planning stage they were helpful and accommodating with our requirements. Their flexibility was refreshing and made our planning easy. On the day itself everything went very smoothly and staff were efficient and friendly. We recieved many compliments about the food from our guests, so a big thank you.
