Eternally Grateful!
What can I say? Words really cannot express how grateful we are with all that Julie Mensah did to help make our wedding day a success. What seemed a hurdle to us was merely a hop as she magically made what seemed to be impossible, possible. We don't know what we could have done without her. She is truly Godsent and we can not thank her enough. Thank you to the team at Richmond Hill Hotel, all those that were involved and a special thank you to Kevin, the Portugese chef.

Truly Magnificent Experience
It was a truly magnificent experience from start to finish. Julie Mensah who was the lead in organising our day was amazing and all the staff treated the whole party with the utmost respect and courtesy which was applauded by all our guests and we want to recognise the efforts that went on behind the scenes.

Huge thank you to Julie, Micheal and team. We had a absloultey fantastic day......and the staff were amazing! Everything went really smoothly and the food was delicious we had lots of comments on it! Compliments to the chef. I loved the way the tables were decorated and the room itself- the table plan was sooooo lovely and it was all how I had imagined it to look ! There was so much attention to detail! So so glad we decided to have it in the ballroom- you were right! and our guests did not hover at the bar either! Many thnka again- Julie was fantastic and we were really grateful when she took over to be our wedding co- ordiantor and really pulled it all together for us!

I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help with my sister's wedding on Saturday. the night went amazingly well , top table was a relieve:)- !!! thanks to you and everybody enjoyed themselves so much that the verdict on face book was "the wedding of the year" . I am so grateful to you and all your kind staff at Richmond Hill Hotel, specially the lady who was helping with the welcome drinks, I am so sorry that I can't remember her name, she was very kind and helpful. I will always recommend Richmond Hill Hotel to anyone who wants a good service.

I just wanted to send a big thank you to you and all the staff at the Richmond Hill. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out for our wedding. We really appreciate all the help from everyone there, they made it just perfect. Please send our thank you to Michael as well, he was so helpful on the day and really made sure we enjoyed ourselves. It made a big difference to have him there and help organize everything. Also, please send our thanks to the chef and kitchen staff, everyone raved about the food, just wonderful! We are so happy we chose the Richmond Hill to have our reception.

I have to say that without question the service we received on our wedding day surpassed my extremely high expectations and certainly matches, if not surpasses the quality of the many high profile venues around the country. We had a fantastic day - the staff were all friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the master of ceremonies was lovely. Our guests had a terrific time and the photos taken over the road are beautiful. The staff organising the event were incredibly organised and able to keep us on track during the process - not an easy job! We're looking forward to going back for our first anniversary!

Thankyou to all the Staff at the Richmond Hill hotel for hosting our wedding we had the best day of our lives, the staff on the day were over and above helpful did not worry about a thing, all family and friends said it was the best wedding they have been to!! only took us 19 years to it was very special for us to also have our two lovely children as our Bridesmaid and my pageboy here's to another 19+. xxxx

A perfect day, perfect location, amazing hotel and staff. Thank you to everyone at the Richmon Hill for making it a perfect day. An amazing day hosted at Richmond Hill Hotel.The planners were extremely organised and everything was in place a couple of months before so no stress at all. Anything you needed the hotel were happy to help. They kept the day running smoothly and the set up of the hotel was stunning.

Words cannot express our gratitude to Kelly and Tony and their staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to make Suzanne and Alec''s special day so special. The attention to detail, the elegance of the ballroom, the ''nothing to much to ask for'' efficiency of the staff all contributed to what became a day that we and all our guests will remember for years to come. I doubt many venues could come up with what you gave us within our buget with such style.

A very sincere thank you to all your staff who were involved with my daughters wedding reception. All the waiting staff worked tirelessly throughout the meal. the presentation was really classy. In particular Id like to thank the youg chap who was the master of ceremonies throughout the afternoon - he carried out his duties with authority and confidence - congrats to him.
