Perfect Wedding Venue
My wife and I had out wedding at the Richmond Gate Hotel. The hotel was the perfect setting for the day, we got married in the Terrace room and had the reception in the Conservatory. Every guest was thoroughly impressed by the hotel and the rooms as quite a few stayed the night. The service was impeccable and the staff were incredible. The food served for the wedding breakfast was absolutely amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to return. Might have to get divorced just so we can do it all again.

What a perfect day!
We had the most wonderful wedding day. Several of our guests who were staying at the hotel commented on how friendly and helpful all the staff were and how lovely the rooms were. The food was excellent and the service exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and we are intending to go back to stay for our 1st year anniversary!

Everything went brilliantly...
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for last Saturday. Everything went brilliantly. We were thrilled with the look of the hotel, the service and the food. Many of our guests said the food was hands down the best they had ever had at a wedding. Everything ran very smoothly and please pass our thanks to the rest of the staff. We know the party got a bit loud so please accept our apologies for that, I think everyone was having such a great time that a few people got a bit carried away. We would not hesitate to recommend the Richmond Gate as a venue and would be more than happy to provide a testimonial if you would like. Most Perfect Wedding
I am just writing to thank a wonderful team for the most perfect wedding for Frank and myself at the Richmond Gate Hotel. The attention to detail and personal service was superb, not to mention the food and ambience. I would like to add special personal thanks to Emma and Bibiane (for the superb overall event management), Sharon (who was absolutely lovely and caring), Nicholas (who was similarly reassuring and helpful) and Dev, who was utterly professional, efficient and discreet. In addition, all the other staff encountered were equally charming. Please pass on our personal thanks. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel and, for the record, all of our guests were equally impressed!

Absolutely Wonderful
The wedding was absolutely wonderful. The weather was perfect, the church service very moving, and the reception fantastic. The Richmond Gate staff did an excellent job in serving us and a great time was had by everyone. As expected, we ran a bit late after the church service, what with the photographer wanting to get some good shots on the Hill overlooking the Thames, so eventually the disco was later than expected starting. That was of minor concern, however, as all the guests were thoroughly enjoying the occasion. The pianist was excellent, the food delicious, the service spot on, and the whole ambience of the hotel and garden just perfect. Even the speeches, mine included, were a huge success. We had a well earned night at the hotel and I had a refreshing swim in the morning followed by a beautiful breakfast. The staff were most helpful in boxing up the heavy tiers of cake and bringing them out to my car. Everyone was most impressed with Richmond Gate and appreciated that it was a beautiful venue for a special occasion. Please thank all the staff for making the wedding celebration such a success and thank you, Emma, for your professionalism in preparing the way.

Pefect Venue and 1st Class Service

A truly fantastic day .........
I wanted to write to thank you and all the staff at the Richmond Gate for a fantastic day. It was a perfect venue and we received many compliments about our choice. Dev was charming, relaxed, calming and flexible. He made a number of excellent suggestions that made the day run more smoothly. I was really impressed by the flexible way he handled our requests on the day. The other staff were all really helpful and thoughtful too – I was impressed by their light touch, being available when needed, but otherwise letting us get on with things. Our room was fantastic and many thanks for the bottle of champagne that was waiting for us! I really appreciated all your help in the planning stages, thinking through the arrangements, answering my numerous questions and then taking delivery of all our items and briefing your colleagues. It really was a fabulous day and I am so grateful that you let us go on a little longer than normal!
