Couldn't have asked for more
Our wedding took place in February 2012 at The Priest House and was a fabulous day. We cannot fault the hotel and the staff who looked after us impeccably from our first enquiry right through until check out the day after the wedding. Our guests have all commented on what a lovely wedding it was and even our photographer noted how friendly and helpful the staff were. Such a picturesque, romantic setting and we got snow!!

Fantastic Venue
We were so happy we chose the Priest House for our November 2009 wedding. Service was first class - all staff extremely friendly and helpful each time we visited and to all our guests on the day. My mum went the day before to prepare all our floral arrangements and table decorations, which I think was a rare for them and a room had been especially reserved for her. Staff were very attentive, making tea, fetching extra tables, providing any facilities she needed and taking a keen interest! The day was perfect - the rooms all looked beautiful, the food was fantastic (people commented that the yorkshire pud and vanilla cheesecake were the best they had tasted), the atmosphere was relaxed but elegant (until the dancing got underway in the evening!). We were also allocated a separate room the next morning so we could have breakfast together and spend time saying goodbye. We had a very modest budget and I had begun to give up hope of finding a special venue within our price range but the Priest House introduced some excellent packages just in time and were extremely flexible with regard to what these could include. The wedding co-ordinator was always a pleasure to deal with - very approachable and kept telling us it was our day and we could have things exactly as we wanted. So we were able to have a beautiful wedding at a beautiful venue. We were so impressed with the hotel I wanted to give them a glowing review and I really hope future couples have as positive and stress free an experience as we did!

Beautiful location, fantastic staff
We were married here last July and loved every minute of our day. What more can I say? The staff were fantastic- very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, even for a fussy veggie :) The honeymoon suite was ace. Book it now.

Absolutely perfect
I'm so happy we made the decision to have our reception here as it was perfect in every way shape and form - a truly magical day. Food was glorious, setting fantastic and the honeymoon suite...well worth it!

Great location
The hotel is set in a fantastic location and the food etc. was first class. We stayed overnight and the rooms in the main building are amazing - 42 inch plasma TV and DVD player.
