Top Notch!
We got married on 05/11/2011 and had the most fantastic day and everything went like clockwork thanks to Sharon the wedding planner and all the hotel staff. Everybody who came expressed how great the venue was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble or a problem when asked. We knew from the day we booked the venue that it was going to be a great day and a fantastic venue and it really did not disappoint. People even said the food was the best wedding food they'd ever tasted, compliments to chef!

Beyond expectations
Sharon, Thank you so much for all your efforts in helping to arrange our wedding reception on 23rd July. We had a wonderful day, and would choose the Oxford Thames again without hesitation. Please pass on our gratitude to all the staff who were involved in making our guests feel so welcome, not just those who served the meal, but the staff at reception, in the kitchen and in housekeeping. Without exception, they all did everything I could have hoped for and in many cases went beyond expectations in looking after us

Hi Sharon, I just wanted to drop you a note before we head off on honeymoon tomorrow. Just to say thanks to you and the staff at the Four Pillars for making our day so wonderful. We had an absolutely brilliant day. It all went really smoothly and even the weather was good to us. It was the best day of my life! Our guests all thought that the hotel was excellent. Amandile (I think that's how you spell it) and Karen did a great job of looking after us and tending to our every need on the day. Thanks again Sharon, you were all exceptional. Sorry if we ever came across stressed but we're happy bunnies now!!!

Fantastic day
I am writing to express our gratitude for all your hard work in the lead up to and the day of our Wedding. We had the most fantastic day and it all just ran so smoothly. We would highly recommend your services to anyone and we had nothing but comments and compliments on the service from your staff throughout the day from our guests, nothing was too much trouble. I would especially like to thank and point out to you how professional and helpful Karen was in the set up to the day, we did have a few different suggestions which were all changed without a hitch, so we would like to especially thank her for our day. We wanted to write and say "Thank you" for all your help in making our civil partnership on Friday 3rd December 2010 such an amazing and memorable day. Throughout the whole experience you have been a great support and very understanding when we had to cancel, and on the day it was good to know you were around keeping an eye on things! We had such a lovely day and that was due to all the people involved in the day including yourself and all the staff at the Oxford Thames Four Pillars. I had to write and especially thank the staff who were on duty during our day - at the wedding breakfast and the evening reception. I am afraid I cannot remember the name of the French lady who was in charge of the wedding reception - she did a marvellous job as did the team of the staff waiting on the tables during the meal. The meal was absolutely fantastic and many of our guests commented on the superb quality of the food. One of the many memories I will have of the day was how good the staff were - they really did contribute to making our day that extra special for us.
