The hotel itself, a Georgian townhouse, has an elegant and romantic atmosphere, with public areas decorated with fine ornaments and antiques, which can be further dressed with floral displays to match the colours of the wedding party, we can also recommend an expert florist who can lend their expertise for table and general displays.  Your choice of menu and wines is equally important and we can cater for all tastes and offer an extensive selection of fine wines and champagnes to complement the cuisine.

Probably the most important event you will ever have to organise, your wedding, can be fraught with anxiety.  From the selection of the location, to the choice of table wine for the meal, our understanding team will assist in ensuring all goes smoothly.

We are also licensed to hold the wedding ceremony itself. We appreciate that weddings are an extremely personalised affair and will take on board all your concerns and pay the utmost attention to every detail right from the outset of your initial enquiry.

      Fantastic wedding and stay at the Montague
      We chose the Montague as our wedding venue for a small family ceremony at the end of August. The building and its decor are so beautiful, we knew this was the place for us, but weren't sure at first whether they'd be able to cater for such a small event. However, all the staff were incredibly helpful from the very start, and understood that we wanted a personal, intimate event. On the day, the team were the epitome of professional, yet at the same time friendly and approachable with all our guests, including young children. We enjoyed drinks on the wood decking with it's beautiful roof like an indoor garden and a fantastic meal which all our guests enjoyed - it was the perfect day. We stayed overnight in one of the beautiful, uniquely decorated rooms and made the most of the cooked breakfast the next day. I'd recommend it to anyone as the perfect London stay. Thanks so much to Siobhan, Jolanta, Everett and all the team at the Montague.
