The most amazing day ever!
Thanks to Stacey and the team our wedding on the 31st March went without a hitch. The day was managed so well! Jon who managed the day was fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for him or any of the staff. The room took my breath away and looked exactly as I imagined Everyone commented on the food and how lovely it was and according to one guest "the best roast ever!" I really dont know how the day could have been any better apart from adding a few more hours into it as it went to quickly!! We really cant thank you enough truely a day to remember x x

Stacey, We just wanted to thank you so much for all your help in arranging Laura & Rob's Wedding on New Years eve. The day was so much more than we could have hoped for - every detail was perfect. Your advice, caring attitude and professionalism made the day what it was, and we cant thank you enough! Laura wanted a ''homely, intimate Wedding'' and that is exactly what you have her. We dont underestimate how much work goes into arranging such a perfect day. You have been amazing and so approachable and nothing has been too much trouble. You have kept in contact throughout the past few months and we were especially touched that you came in on your day off to see Laura on her Wedding morning. You are a brilliant asset to the hotel and they should be extermely proud of you!

Everything at the hotel ran like clockwork - the hours of planning that Laura & David had put into it really paid off. The room looked incredible - glad we went for the chair covers & sashes - it all went together perfectly.The food was lovely and everyone enjoyed it. I don't think there was much of the buffet left in the evening. Drinks were also just right - sufficient wine & sparkling during the meal meant that everyone was up on the dance floor for the whole of the evening. Next up - all the hotel staff who served us so well leading up to the wedding & on the day - it wouldn't have been the same without all your efforts. Thanks to Chris & Chef for drink & food and the serving staff who made sure it got to the right place at the right time And during the clear up the next day Lal was great in helping us take the flowers apart & sorting out the presents & other paraphernalia. Ian was brilliant on the day, nothing was too much trouble for him no matter how much pressure we put him under to do things for us. Last but not least a huge thank you to Alana & yourself for guiding us all through the process - it really helps having someone who knows what they're doing! All Laura & David's ideas needed bringing together & making sure they worked - you certainly did that and the end result was appreciated by everyone.So if anyone asks me where to have their wedding reception, I'll certainly be pointing them in your direction.Laura & David, and all their guests enjoyed it - the answer is a resounding YES!

I wanted to get in touch anyway to say a HUGE thank you, the day was perfect. Your help & organisation made everything so painfree & easy, especially considering the short time frame that we had. We are really, really grateful, thank you. Please also pass on our thanks to everybody involved on the day - all the staff that assisted us were fabulous. We had an issue whereby our florist forgot to deliver our thank you bouquets for the Mums (i was not impressed!) but James & a colleague were very discrete & went above & beyond the call of duty & went out to obtain substitues! They took control of the situation & therefore the stress away from us so that we could carry on enjoying our day.

Thank you for all your help in organising our wedding on 1st October. We had an absolutely brilliant day. Please can you pass on a special thanks to Ian who was fantastic on the day and really made sure it went smoothly, we couldn't of asked for anything more. The food was excellent and the staff did a brilliant job. We were also really impressed with the dj so thank you for booking him.

We've just got back from honeymoon, it was amazing! Stacey - We had a fantastic day and both the venue and staff were brilliant, thank you so much for everything to did to help make our day so special. So many of our guests mentioned what a lovely place it was and how fantastic the food was.

Stacey & All at Grovefield Thank you so much for all the help, advice and hard work which went in makin our wedding day (25th June 2011) just to perfect. We really did have the best ever day from start to finish and this just wouldnt have happened without you guys. The Huntswood Suite was set up just how I had imagined, it brought a tear to my eye! The staff on the day were just brilliant from serving the welcoming drinks all the way through to the evening. The food was outstanding, we had some lovely comments and bacon rolls in the evening went down a storm! The DJ was great, he played an all rounded selection of music which was enjoyed by all. He even went that extra mile at the end of the night and played a video of paul singing the national athema on his stag do, it was very funny and enjoyed by all. We had some amazing pictures taken which capture the grovefield in a really good light and as we were so lucky with the weather, feel free to have a look! And a massive thank you to Jon who ran the day from start to finish you were brilliant.

We would just like to express a big THANK YOU for being the perfect venue for our special wedding day. Stacey - you were fab at making all the plans and arrangements hassle free and really helped with all our requests. James - you were truly wonderful, very professional and made the day run smoothly and we really apperciate it. The whole team on the day were great and we cant thank you enough, the service you provided was faultess. We received so many lovely compliments on and wonderful and beautiful the venuewas and food was just delicious! It is a credit to the staff and we will be highly recommend it to people. Thank you again for helping us achieve the day we always wanted - all our dreams come true! Please thank the DJ who was great - he provided a fab party atmosphere.
