Beautiful scenery and effortless organisation
We had our wedding reception at the Granary on 6th April 2013 and what a beautiful day it was! The Granary looked amazing inside and out - with some stunning views across the fields around the venue and even a hot air balloon popping up to say hello. In the lead-up, Jo was brilliant in not only organising everything we wanted, but crucially offering her advice and experience when Leanne and I were indecisive (quite a lot). She took us through the process effortlessly and passed over to Simon who ran the day so smoothly. In fact I said the week before that the only element of the day I was sure would go to plan was the wedding reception venue, and as it turned out that was the case! Thanks so much for playing a MASSIVE part in the best day of our lives! Josh and Leanne

Very special wedding day
We held our wedding and ceremony at the granary on the 30/03/13 We had an amazing day and everyone has said great things! The food was great and the baileys cheesecake recieced great feedback! Jo and Laura were fab I'm just sad it's all over thank you to the granary thank you for making our wedding day so special!

Such an enjoyable day!
We held our ceremony and reception at the Granary on Thursday 4th April 2013. We took advantage of the mid week package which is very competitive with other venues in the area. Jo and the team were very flexible and welcomed our ideas for the room decorations. Simon made sure the day ran like clockwork! Our guests commented on the good quality of the food, both the wedding breakfast and evening buffet. Thank you again!

Truely wonderful day
We held our Wedding Reception at The Granary on 9th February 2013. From the moment we went to the Wedding Fayre until we were packing the car to leave the day after the Wedding we received nothing but amazing service. Jo and the team were brilliant. On the day the Wedding went wonderfully - very well organised by Laura, Josh and the team. Even catering for our extra needs including finding a room for our pictures to be taken in as it rained all day! The food was amazing and venue decorated to perfection. Amzaing Wedding Venue :)

Excellent venue.
Fantastic venue, we held our ceremony and reception here. We had afternoon tea, highly recommended. Jo and her team are fantastic, very helpful, and nothing too much trouble. Everything fantastic value, including the bedrooms and breakfast the next morning. Would recommend the venue to anybody. Thankyou to Jo and her team at the granary.

A very special day indeed
The Granary Hotel and Restaurant provided us with the very special day that we had hoped for. The venue was perfect and looked spectacular. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went like clockwork. The staff were all very professional and Laura, the General Manager who looked after us for the day, was exceptional. We enjoyed a wonderful day, which was personal, formal and relaxed when the situation required it. The food was excellent and was served quickly and professionally to 130 guests effortlessly. We would recommend The Granary unreservedly. It offers a lovely location and flexible venue that is sure to make your Wedding Day as special as ours was.

Excellant Wedding Day
We held our wedding ceremony and reception at The Granary on 30th December 2012. The entire day went with out a hitch , the staff looked after us every step of the way. The food was of a very good quality and there was lots of it ,all of our guests gave a positive "thumbs up" to the food , we choose the cravery which went down well with everyone. If i needed to discuss anything, Jo the co-ordinator, was always at hand. Would definitely do it all over again as the day went so quickly. No hesitation in recommending this venue to couples

Amazing Day, Ran Like Clockwork!
We held our marriage ceremony and reception here on 10th Nov 2012 and from the moment we visited and booked the venue Jo could not do enough to help us (even accommodating our request for a Falconry display!!). We found ourselves making adjustments to numbers at various times which must have been frustrating for Jo who had to re-calculate the costs but nothing was too much trouble. On the day itself Laura and the team made sure everything ran like clockwork (ahead of schedule!!). We did not have to worry about or chase up anything. It's clear the staff here know what they are doing and as long as you listen to Jo, Laura and the team you will not go far wrong. We can't thank them enough for their help and guidance throughout. This skilled team makes for a memorable and stress free day!!!!!! Lovely venue, quality food & excellent service. THANK YOU!!!!

Exceptional Reception Venue
We highly recommend The Granary Hotel & Restaurant for your wedding. They catered for our reception with over 100 day guests and 130 evening guests. The standard of food was outstanding. The canapés, wedding breakfast and suckling pig were simply delicious. The service was exceptional and everything ran like clockwork – we didn’t have to think about a thing. The room looked absolutely stunning too. Jo was fantastic in the run up to the day and provided lots of ideas, help and reassurance. Laura and her team made it all happen on the day. If you are currently deciding on a venue then we can’t recommend The Granary Hotel highly enough.

Highly recommended
We had our reception party here. Everything was taken care of for us and we had a full breakdown of the costs, and how the night would go. The food is excellent, as are the staff and the service. The location is alittle out of the way but some might like this.

Excellent value for money
We recently held our daughters wedding (4th October 2012) The service from the beginning with Jo to the day with Simon and all other staff was excellent nothing was too much trouble. The food for both the wedding breakfast and evening buffet was fabulous well above what we expected for your usual wedding function. As all facilities were ground level it was particularly good for our disabled guests. The rooms were comfy and clean. However for disabled guests it would have been better to have a wet room to shower. Other than that I would highly recommend The Granary Hotel only wish we were doing it all again...

Perfect Reception venue
I cannot recommend the Granary highly enough. The staff are fantastic, Jo the wedding planner thinks of everything, and Laura and Josh who looked after us on the day were fantastic. Between them they made our day run like clockwork. It is a lovely venue, it has a great atmosphere, and the most beautiful gardens. The room is perfect, and the staff set it up for us beautifully.
