Hi Emma We just wanted to say a huge Thank You to you for helping us plan the wedding!! It was a fantastic day and everything at the Doubletree worked out perfectly. Please also thank Katka - I don't have her email, she was excellent on the day and really helpful throughout. I've completed the feedback survey but wanted to thank you as well, you have been so helpful and patient through the whole process, all of our guests had a great time and commented on the excellent service they received. Please also thank Chef - the food was excellent and all of the people with special food requirements were happy as well - thanks for being so accommodating. We both really enjoyed the whole day and I'm pleased that Katka persuaded me to go in the punt ! Best wishes Louise and Hugo Palmer xxx

Very accommodating
Hi Emma, Claud and i would like to thank you for all your help and preparation towards our big day. I would totally do it all again at the Doubletree. You have made it very easy for us and have been so accommodating with our wishes. The food was great and absolutely plenty of it, enough for evening people too, could you pass our thanks to all the chefs in the kitchen. On Sunday, as you may know, it rained all day, non stop. This didnt matter and no way took the gloss off the day, in fact we said it was better as it kept our small group all together and everyone commented on what a chilled and relaxing wedding it was. This is just how we wanted it to be. Can you also forward this message to katka for me. She was the best and so calm (unlike me and the girls b4 entering the ceremony haha) and organised, and always communicating with us throughout the day and juggling the afternoon bit around as we didnt go punting in the end...well can you blame us lol. Wish she could have had a drink with us too. Thanks ever so much to you both and of course to everyone else involved on the day too. Lots of love Mr and Mrs Kwok haha (Millie and Claudio) xx

Magical Day
Hi Emma, I wanted to thank you for all your help with our wedding earlier in May. Jane and I just returned from our honeymoon and are still reliving the magical day we had on 5th May (despite the cool weather, it didn't rain!!). Your help with the planning and flexibility made the day so memorable, and made our lives so much easier and less stressful knowing that everything / set up was being taken well care of. All our guests had a fantastic time and we've received rave reviews!! Please could you also pass on my warmest thanks to Toshi, Katka and, of course, the Chef - they're a great team! The food was exquisite and we were most impressed and grateful with his willingness to adapt the food for our 'special guests'. So, thanks again and I'm sure that Jane and I will be swinging past the Doubletree at some point soon!

From our first meeting with Emma we were confident that she would work with us to make our wedding perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, she made communicating with the hotel easy by ensuring either she sorted any queries out or we were through to the people who would. On the day we had a lady called Katka running the event, again she was always on hand to get things sorted out on the day. She was an absolute star :)

Brilliant and outstanding
Emma handled the wedding brilliantly and when handed over to KatKa she made the day so special I could not thank her enough as nothing was too much trouble. as a former head chef myself i have to say your head chef was outstanding the food was of very high quality and hot !!! I could not fault his cooking in the slightest.

Accomodating with a high level of service
Last October 8,2011 we had our wedding reception in your Hotel, it was a gay reception wedding. Emma Kershaw was our wedding coordinator who was so brilliant with her Job. She was so accomodating especially when we are late with our schedule appointment, she always make sure that she will accomodate us with her very welcoming voice and smile. We felt very secure because Emma gave us the impression that she knows what she was doing and suggestion and that makes us not to worry about our especial day. The wedding went well and all our guest was so impressed! We really enjoyed our especial day and most especially the high service that your staff provide. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to Katarina Nevedalova, she did a great Job during the wedding day. If we need her shes always around and very understanding to assist us. We did not even felt that we are just a guest in your hotel. Surely your Hotel is commendable. Please give our praises and salute for the Job well done to Emma Kershaw and Katarina Nevedalova. A Wonderful Occasion
Hi Emma, Peter and I would like to say thank you so much to you and the staff at the Doubletree for ensuring that Marc and Sarah's wedding, last Thursday, was such a wonderful occasion. All the guests staying at the hotel were very impressed with the hospitable service. We had no complaints. The evening disco was a great hit and the team supported us very professionally and seemed determined to ensure that Marc and Sarah's celebration was an outstanding success. Please convey our thanks to all. We found the list of support services which you gave us a year ago extremely helpful and would like to report back to you on this. I'm sure that Marc and Sarah will be in touch when they return from honeymoon. But again thank you so much for helping to make our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding a truly beautiful celebration. Memorable Day
Hi Emma, Sorry not to get back to you sooner. Judith and I and all our guests had a great day last sunday. Thank you and your colleagues for making our day so memorable, everything went just about according to plan ,although our guests managed to consume rather more Pimms than we had planned !! The weather of course couldn`t have been better , thanks for organising that too ! We`re going away for a few days tomorrow but will try to drop by to say "Thank you " personally later next week. We wanted to thank you, Jo and all the staff that helped make our wedding day so special. We had an amazing time at the hotel and were so pleased with the setting and service. The rooms were perfect, the food was excellent and Jo especially was so great in making sure the day ran smoothly. All of our guests had a great time and it really was the most memorable day for us. The wedding punt was such a lovely idea as well and we were so lucky with the weather. We would like to thank the chef and all the kitchen staff again for such a fantastic wedding breakfast. The pace of the dinner was great and it was lovely that we had time to chat to guests in between courses. Everyone said how delicious and tender the roast beef was and we really enjoyed every course. I particularly loved the crème Brule. We were also grateful for your help in all the planning leading up to the wedding. You were always so efficient in responding to our queries and so on the ball with organising timings of the day etc. Unfortunately I did not sample of any of the evening buffet as I was too busy dancing away but all of the guests commented how lovely it was and I did notice it all got eaten which was a good sign. We were also secretly delighted to have broken the bar record and hope we can retain the glory of this title for at least a while. Thanks again for helping to make our day so wonderful.
