Our beautiful historic hotel boasts four poster suites, tranquil water featured gardens, period features alongside attentive service and fabulous food. Licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, we will assign you a dedicated wedding advisor and absolutely guarantee that on your special day we will give you our undivided attention.

We are also conveniently located opposite the Parish church, which is ideal should you wish to join us for your post ceremony celebrations.

In order to create your perfect day, we offer a number of versatile options. Our Wedding Package encompasses everything you need for your special day from a sparkling drinks reception on arrival to a complimentary suite for the wedding couple.  

Alternatively, why not tailor-make your own reception?  Our Tailored Option includes your three course meal and hire of your private room, allowing you to add your own extras for a truly unique day.

      We would like to convey a big “thank you” to you and all the staff at the Crown Hotel for making our wedding such a special day for us. It was obvious that the staff had gone out of their way to do everything they could to make the day a success with a multitude of “small touches” which made all the difference. Many of our guests commented on how good the buffet style Wedding breakfast was and that having a wedding in a hotel with a bit of character rather that a modern “shoe box” style hotel made for a very intimate atmosphere.
